20kg weight limit will be applied to a box or over-sized item. If it is more than 20kg, it can be rejected for pick up service or charged additional box.
Prohibited: fragile, valuable, flammable, or wet items (Ex: wet or unwashed clothing, blankets, liquids such as alcohol, etc.) Food or food-related items are also prohibited.
You will be charged by each item or box (no bundling).
Additional delivery fee of 7,000 won will be charged for non-service area or non-schedule date.
